How many images do you deliver?
I don’t set a limit on the number of photos I deliver, I include all the best moments from your day! You can expect around 75 photos per hour of coverage, though every wedding is a little different.
What is your turnaround time?
I get just as excited to edit your photos as you are to see them! You can expect your full gallery within 1–3 weeks after your wedding. During busier months, it may take closer to three weeks- but often I’m able to deliver them even sooner! For engagement photos, you can expect to receive your gallery within a week!
How do we receive our photos?
Once your photos are ready, I’ll send you a link to your private, password-protected online gallery. You can download your full gallery to a hard drive and save your favorites to your phone for sharing. I keep all wedding galleries up for the long run, and if I ever change gallery platforms, you’ll get lots of notice to re-download your images.
We’re awkward in front of the camera — can you help?
I mix guided posing with natural prompts so you never have to worry about what to do with your hands. I’ll give you easy direction (like holding hands and walking or sharing a laugh) to capture real emotion, while also stepping in to adjust details and make sure you look your best. During the reception, I focus on candid moments but always grab group photos when the timing feels right.
When should we book our wedding photographer?
You should book your photographer as soon as you have your date and venue! I book anywhere from a few months to over a year out!
What happens if you get sick or can’t make it?
I’ve never missed a wedding, and it would take a true emergency for me not to be there. That said, if something unexpected were to happen, I have a plan in place. I can either offer a full refund and help you find another photographer, or I can hire a trusted associate photographer to capture your day while I handle all the editing to ensure your photos still match my style and quality.
